I was hired to decorate this couples wedding Aug 22, 2009, in Ottawa Ontario.While I provided the service fully as agreed, and was told by both Diana Gutierrez (Diana Castro) and her fiance that I would be paid later in the evening, when I returned to collect they skipped out. I have called and emailed them endlessly and they do not return my calls, or emails.They owe me $ 1300.00 VENDORS BE WARE!! Note if they pay me I will let you know!!
